Background on the Chakras:     Meridians and Chakras are the connectors between the physical body and the spiritual body in everyone. It is a well know fact in Eastern philosophies and practices that for healing and growth, the chakra system is crucial to healing and growth of individuals. The seven whirling Chakras that are on the earth plane are located in our seven energy centers in our physical bodies aligned in front of the spine. They are witnessed by us fractally when we see a rainbow or the refracted light of a prism. Jen also has recognized the seven ‘higher’ Chakras which resonate to the frequencies of the planets and the frequency of the metals; everyone is connected to them and influenced by them.

Interestingly enough, the human body locations vibrate to the frequency of refracted light rays of the seven notes of the musical scale and the seven colors of the rainbow:

Stand quietly in front of each painting and notice if there is one painting that you are drawn to and go and stand in front of it for as long as needed. Notice what you are feeling. Absorb the energy.

Notice if there is one that you are repulsed by and stand in front of it until you can see the beauty of it as well. End with going to the one that you are drawn toward and stay there as long as you want. Notice what you are feeling. There are only positive feelings under the earth and the heavens. If uncomfortable feelings arise then they are ‘brought to the light of day.’ If you are not repulsed by any paintings, then that means that your note and colour are resonating with your morphic energy field.  Based on the Luscher colour test, if you do have a colour that you are repulsed by, the one that you are drawn to is the colour and sound frequency that is the healing colour and sound for you. Surround yourself with it. Sing it in the shower or the car. Wear it often. Use it to decorate your rooms. Plant these colours in your garden.

A440 is the 440 Hz tone that serves as the standard for musical pitch. A440 is the musical note A above middle C (A4).
In 1939, an international conference recommended that the A above middle C be tuned to 440 Hz. This standard was taken up by the International Organization for Standardization in 1955 (and was reaffirmed by them in 1975) as ISO 16. Since then it has served as the audio frequency reference for the calibration of pianos, violins, and other musical instruments.
